Admission formalities

The first contact

To receive information and before admission, our Department of Medical Coordination must be contacted. This department will be able to provide you with all the information you need and, if necessary, organise an admission. This first contact can be made by the patient, the family or the physician. The patient can also take advantage of a preliminary consultation, accompanied by a family member or friend if desired.

Admission formalities

Before admission, contact must be made between the patient’s physician and one of the medical centre’s physicians. On the day of admission, the patient must bring all of the administrative documents which were enumerated by telephone. Upon arrival, the patient will be welcomed by a representative of the administration who will confirm all the general conditions of the stay.

Insurance procedures
